01Our approach

From a sample to a plan you understand.

Packages can be personalized by our team according to your age, symptoms and medical history. A more extended assessment may be proposed during your first advice consultation.

  1. i.

    Laboratory testing

Check-ups by life stage, by symptom and for specific life events.

  2. ii.

    Objective measurement

Functional assessments of the heart and vessels, body composition, strength and balance.

  3. iii.

    Interpretation & follow-up

Results interpreted with calculated health indices and, in the 360° program, a follow-up assessment at 3–6 months.

These check-ups are part of a screening and prevention approach. They do not replace a medical consultation or diagnosis.

Calculated health indices.

From a single blood sample, our team calculates validated clinical indices that reveal risks invisible in individual results. They help stratify risk; they are not a diagnosis on their own.

Inflammation & immunity

NLRPLRSIISIRIESR/CRPCARWhat these mean
NLR
Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio: balance between two families of white blood cells, a marker of physiological stress and inflammation.
PLR
Platelet-to-Lymphocyte Ratio: combined inflammation and clotting activity, linked to vascular risk.
SII
Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index: a global inflammation score combining three blood cell lines.
SIRI
Systemic Inflammation Response Index: combines neutrophils, monocytes and lymphocytes; linked to cardiovascular risk.
ESR/CRP
Two inflammation markers that react at different speeds; read together, they help identify the type of inflammation.
CAR
CRP-to-Albumin Ratio: balance between inflammation and nutritional reserves.

Metabolism & insulin

TyGHOMA-IRHOMA-βQUICKIWhat these mean
TyG
Triglyceride-Glucose Index: detects insulin resistance early, from a routine lipid and glucose test.
HOMA-IR
Insulin Resistance: measures how hard your body must work to keep blood sugar stable, often abnormal years before prediabetes.
HOMA-β
Beta-cell function: estimates how well your pancreas produces insulin, whether it is overworking or becoming exhausted.
QUICKI
Insulin Sensitivity Index: the mirror of HOMA-IR; it measures how sensitive your body is to insulin.

Liver

FLIFIB-4What these mean
FLI
Fatty Liver Index: estimates the probability of fatty liver.
FIB-4
Fibrosis-4 Index: screens for liver scarring (fibrosis). It is used from age 35.

Cardiometabolic risk

VAICMIQRISK3SCORE2What these mean
VAI
Visceral Adiposity Index: reflects how visceral fat affects your metabolism.
CMI
Cardiometabolic Index: overall cardiometabolic risk, including in people who are not overweight.
QRISK3
Your 10-year risk of heart attack or stroke, from age, blood pressure, cholesterol, smoking, family history and medical conditions.
SCORE2
SCORE2 / SCORE2-OP: the European Society of Cardiology score for 10-year cardiovascular risk (SCORE2 for ages 40–69, SCORE2-OP for 70 and over).

Functional terrain scores FMDC

ROICRedoxWhat these mean
ROIC
ROIC Score: our integrated score of oxidative stress, inflammation and metabolic terrain.
Redox
Redox-Inflammatory Terrain Score: an independent score that cross-checks your redox balance.

These indices can be temporarily affected by a recent infection, corticosteroids, insulin treatment, intense exercise, pregnancy, smoking or acute stress. Your doctor interprets them in context.

One result, two readings: ferritin can signal inflammation when high, or iron deficiency when low, for example in restless legs or fatigue. Your doctor always interprets it according to your symptoms.
